Noise Case Pro is sold in four tiers, each one adding to the last rather than replacing it. This page sets out exactly what each tier contains, without the sales framing — if you’re trying to work out which one actually covers what you need, this is the reference, not the pitch.
Reviewed and updated: 9 October 2026
Essentials — £197
The write-it-yourself tier: everything you need to follow the method and prepare your own documents, with no software involved.
- All 13 professional guides (PDF)
- The full council letter sequence
- The Section 82 court guide
- An evidence checklist and common-mistakes guide
- Narrated video walkthroughs
Complete — £397 (marked 'Most popular' on the pricing page)
Everything in Essentials, plus the Case Toolkit — software that manages your case record and writes your letters for you, rather than you doing it by hand.
- Everything in Essentials
- The Case Toolkit: diary, score, deadline tracker, and letter writer
- Editable Word templates
The Case Toolkit itself is worth being specific about, since it’s the main thing this tier adds: it runs entirely on your own device — no account, no cloud, nothing leaves the device — and every diary entry is timestamped automatically as you log it, not typed in after the fact. It turns those entries into a pattern chart without you having to build one, and generates the council letter from your own logged evidence. A live, try-it-yourself version with example data is on the portal page if you want to see it before deciding.
Professional — £697
Everything in Complete, plus the tools for a case that’s heading to a hearing — witness evidence and the standards references a court will expect to see referenced.
- Everything in Complete
- A witness statement generator
- The Expert Standards Briefing (WHO guidance, BS 8233, BS 4142)
- The Court Day Kit
Court-Ready — £997 (marked 'Best value' on the pricing page)
Everything in Professional, plus the one feature that genuinely only exists at this tier: one-click export of an already-organised case record into a Court Bundle, along with every add-on kit and a year of updates.
- Everything in Professional
- One-click Court Bundle export
- Every add-on kit included (see below)
- 1 year of 'Kept Current' updates
The add-on kits (bought separately, outside the main tiers)
These aren’t part of any tier by default — they’re smaller, focused kits you can add individually if you need just that one thing:
- Court Day Kit — £129 — a court-day checklist, an adaptable skeleton argument, and what to say and when.
- Landlord & Agent Pressure Kit — £79 — a letter sequence for landlord, agent or freeholder, tenancy and management obligations, and the ombudsman escalation route.
- Recording & Evidence Kit — £49 — phone-recording guidance, an evidence log and index, and a chain-of-custody sheet.
- Mediation & De-escalation Kit — £39 — how to raise the problem calmly, first-conversation scripts, and when and how to use mediation.
- Health & Impact Log — £29 — a structured sleep and health impact log, and how it strengthens a case.
The Court Day Kit, the Expert Standards Briefing and the witness statement generator are also included automatically from Professional upward, so there’s no need to buy them separately once you’re on that tier or above.
One practical way to choose
If you’re not sure where you’ll end up, think about where your case is right now rather than where it might go. Essentials suits someone early on who wants the method without software. Complete suits anyone building an ongoing, dated record — which is most people, since a scattered case tends to need that structure sooner than expected. Professional and Court-Ready only make sense once a hearing is a real possibility, not a remote one; there’s no cost to waiting until then; the pricing page lets you compare and upgrade later rather than having to decide everything up front.
